This week year 3 have been testing friction. We found that the smoother the surface, the less friction there was and the further the car travelled down the slope.

Our new topic for this half term is all about the Terrible Tudors! We have been learning about the Battle of Bosworth and how the reign of the Tudors began which was the basis for our Big Writing this week. We have also looked at the main characters of the Tudor Dynasty - who was on the throne and how long they were on the throne for.

Below is the song we have started learning in class about Henry VIII who we will be learning more about over the next few weeks. Keep practising the song ready for a class performance in a few weeks time!
