This half term we were set a challenge to read Charlotte's Web, Flat Stanley and The Sheep Pig and leave a book review comment. Take a look at what we thought of the books.
I read Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. It was about the story of a little girl called Fern who loves a little pig called Wilbur. I thought the words in this book were quite hard. My favourite part of the story was when Wilbur got saved from a dreadful fate by Charlotte. The illustrations were interesting in this book and I would give this book 2 out of 3 stars.

I read Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. At the start of the story the girl asks where her dad is going with the axe and then in the middle of the story a man finds writing on a spider web. The part I liked best was when the man found the writing on the web. The part I didn't like was when the man wanted to kill the pig. I found the word difficulty just right in this book but I found the illustrations quite boring. Overall, this book was ok and I would give it 2 out of 3 stars.
